Julien Chorier wins the Reunion Island Grand Raid, marking a nice comeback after his DNF at the 7th annual Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc. 29 year old runner dominated the race in 22:09:08, Ludovic Pommeret and Antoine Guillon completed the podium.

This is beginning to feel redundant, just two weeks after setting a course record at Wasatch 100, Geoff Roes completed the Bear 100 in 18:43:37 and set a new strong record, the 6th this season. That means a course record on each of the races courses he raced. Amazing.
